By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the Website

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit access to the Site at our discretion.

3. Placing an Order
Before completing your purchase, you’ll be able to review all order details including product selections, shipping info, and total cost.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email. Items in your cart are not reserved.
Eligibility: By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 years of age or older (or have permission to do so). Orders containing false or suspicious information may be canceled.
4. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This does not indicate our acceptance.
Your order is accepted once it is processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment errors, or suspected fraud.
5. Pricing & Taxes
Currency: All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Sales Tax: Applicable state or local taxes may be added at checkout based on your shipping address.
Shipping Origin: Most orders are fulfilled from within the United States. If any product ships internationally, you will be notified during checkout.
Price Adjustments: If a product price changes before your order is processed, you will be notified and may cancel or proceed.
6. Payments
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. Stone & Veil does not store your payment details.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times vary by product and destination. Some items may ship separately.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days, please contact us.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom or made-to-order nature of many of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be satisfied.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 21 days of delivery.
We may offer a refund or replacement if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Clear photos are required to process any claim.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including but not limited to images, text, logos, and product designs—is owned by or licensed to Stone & Veil and is protected by U.S. intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stone & Veil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of your purchase.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By using this Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Twin Falls County, Idaho for any disputes arising from these Terms.
